Flash Email Invitation sent out to Ignite Event Interest

Problem: Beaufort Festivale was in it’s first year and needed a creative way to promote one of the headline acts, Michelle Murray. Festival coordinator also needed a solution to present to potential event sponsors.
Approach: Researched similar events and the target audience.
Solution: Vista Marketing provided a unique email marketing campaign. An email list for people within the area was put together, along with an HTML based email with a link to a Flash presentation – complete with video and sound.
Impact: The Flash presentation instantly ignited interest in the event. Analytics showed that over half of those who viewed the presentation clicked on the link to puschase tickets for the event.
